Good, but...

My only complaint is that when I received it the box looked like it had been kicked to my door from the warehouse rather than driven. The box really made the item look trashy and it was a christmas gift.

THE STAPLES SHREDDER LASTED FOR 4 WEEKS AND BROKE.
IT ENDED UP IN THE TRASH.
STAPLES CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT REPLACE OR REFUND MY PURCHASE.
SOOO I READ UP ON FELLOWS SHREDDERS AND ORDERT THIS ONE.
IT IS NOT A SHREDDER IT IS A JEWEL.
INEXPANSIVE AND BUILD TO LAST.
THANK YOU FELLOWS AND AMAZON
