Nothing complicated

It is made of plastic and runs on batteries. The device seems to work correctly and is very useful when you need to monitor temp and humidity. The wire for the external temp sensor is about 3 feet long. Hey it's a Timex, takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'. Of course it's digital now....

as the title states, it does everything its supposed to do. temp, time, humidity?
had for about 2 months, no problems yet.
it would have been nice if it had a back light.
inconsistent

In a stable temperature environment, the temperature displays continually vary about 2-3 degrees every few seconds. Even with the external probe right next to the main unit, the temperatures reported are different by about 3-4 degrees. This unit is getting returned and I'll look for better one, even if it costs a few dollars more.

This unit allows me to see the tempature in my pump house and my cabin temp at a glance.

After several months, this meter has maintained its advertised abilities. I would buy it again.
Update: Nine months and I've dropped it twice, yet this product still works well.
