I purchased this amp to add to my existing factory setup, I'm running it as a second amplifier to power two Aura Bass shakers along with two `left over' speakers I've mounted behind the rear seats to fill out the sound profile. It works great, delivers the power needed and I wired it to use the remote turn on signal from my radio to operate it independently when I want the extra power the bass shakers give as well as the fuller audio of the added speakers.

The instructions were clear and installation was a breeze, I really liked the flexibility of this amp in accepting low (line level) as well as high (powered) inputs.

The only thing I would have liked is the ability to adjust the speaker level volumes remotely but that is not what this amplifier was designed for and those amplifiers are in a different price bracket entirely. Having independent power volume adjustment for the two sets of channels is still wonderful to fill out the sound as you want it. For the price, versatility and features this amplifier has I'd recommend it or another model on this product line depending on the application.

Very compact (just what I needed in '93 MR2), and works great. More amp than needed for a small space, but it is nice to have 4 channels in such a comapct design. A little feedback from engine noise, but seldom hear it, and never hear it over music.

I purchased this amp to add a upgraded factory stereo that required a 250 watt amp. I installed this Boss 400 watt amp and it sound great, even better than the factory amp ever could. Very simple to install with easy to follow instructions. Highly recommended.
