Although I was hoping for a device that would plug directly into the cell phone, this gadget works great, nonetheless. I just hooked my BlueTooth on over the earbud. Worked like a charm.
Exactly what is needed for recording phone conversations
I've tried this out since receiving this yesterday, but I can tell this is exactly what I was looking for to use with my Olympus DS-2 DVR. It sits comfortably between the ear and the earpiece of a cellphone or land-line phone and clearly records both sides of the conversation while you're easily able to listen to the other party as you would normally.
Now, maybe this will get people to pony up to what they claim they've said and I won't have to use it that much.

works well but not real comfortable
this product does what is was intended to do and does it well. you do need to wear this in your ear while you take your phone call so it's a tad uncomfortable when you have this in and then press the earpiece of your phone up to your ear.
overall I like it but wonder if something that attached to my desk phone would be better.

Olympus TP-7
This product works great with every phone that I use, at home, the office (including headset), and my cellphone. This device is essentially a microphone that you insert in your ear (several sizes of rubber earbuds included) that picks up the sound but also allows the sound to pass from the phone through the microphone to your ear. I also does a great job of picking up your voice at just the right level to match the party on the telephone.
Great Product
Very Simple to use. I plugged it into my computer with a sound capture program (Free MP3 Recorder) and it works like a charm. Did not have to buy a separate recorder.
