Total satisfaction
After returning a similar product to one of the big box stores, I purchased this wireless audio/video transmitter and could not be more satisfied. It is very simple to hook up using the supplied RCA cables. I connected it to a TV in an ouside arbor and was amazed at the picture and sound quality. The picture is as good as the the picture on the TV inside the house that is transmitting the signal. The remote feature allows me to use the outside set just like the one inside. I am totally satisfied with this product.

Very Solid Solution
I bought this product to create multi-room audio zones. My home is quite spread out and there was no way to run wires in the walls. I had some initial difficulty getting clear reception - it required line-of-site between the transmitter and receiver - but it seems to be working well now. The only problem is my wireless 5.8Ghz phone system causes interference (a steady click)... I have to unplug the base phone unit to get rid of this annoying sound. You'll want to make sure you don't have anything that transmits on 5.8Ghz if you buy this product.

pleasantly suprised
First of all, you must pair this system with a CATV to RCA converter (I used the Grandtec TUN-2000) for it to be truly functional. And second I wouldn't even try this thing with digital cable or satellite. But for just basic cable, when you want to have a TV where there's no cable outlet, it gets the job done - at 5.8Ghz to boot, so as not to interfere with wireless internet. And the picture quality is indistinguishable from a regular cable plug-in.
This is not to say anything about the reliability of the product. As other users have reported, it seems cheaply constructed and will probably not work any longer than 6 months. The only long term solution is to run cable.
This product is for you if you:
1. Need to put a TV in a room with no cable outlet.
2. Have the 2.4Ghz spectrum already occupied by wireless phone or internet.
3. Plan to eventually run cable to the room or buy another system every six months when it breaks.
