(4 out of 5) by amazonia on Oct 15, 2008 (la, ca)as a business traveler who periodically makes presentations, these speakers provide quality sound for my presentations and my clients do not have to stress to hear the audio. it's also great when i get to my hotel and want to listen to some music without a headphone. and, they are very easy to pack with the included pouch.

Great speaker set

Williams on Oct 3, 2008 (Kansas City, MO United States)The Logitech V10 speakers are easy to use and I have found that they work with Widows as well as OpenSuse, Linux Mint and Ubuntu. With Linux you can go to the Sound preferences and choose to use USB sound. Logitech builds great devices. I have a couple of their MX mice, a TV remote, 2 pairs of their speaker and have be satisfied with all.

Perfectly priced and designed

I purchased the speakers for my wife who travels extensively and meets with small and medium sized groups, i.e., from 10 to 50 professionals. She loves the speakers since they are very compact and don't use up unnecessary space in the travel bag and have plenty of sound volume and clarity for the room.
Others in the organization asked her to purchase more for them to also use with their laptop presentations. They are a bargain at their price on Amazon. They perfectly fit the bill for travel and professional presentations using PowerPoint. For this use I highly recommend them. Roger Anderson, San Jose, CA

Low volume
(1 out of 5) by L. Da Vinci on Aug 26, 2008 (New York, NY)These speakers are of inferior quality, the sound is very low, and when set at its highest volume, the sound is completely distorted. I had to return these speakers. Spend $85-100 and get what you are expecting.

Nice speakers!

For a person on the go, these are an excellent choice. Some have reviewed them with the scrutiny of the reviewers in Stereophile Magazine.....folks, they're small, inexpensive, portable speakers! They do a great job for their intended users.
