Very long lasting in high drain electrics

(5 out of 5) by Actmeister on Jul 20, 2007 (Lost Angeles)
So far these are the highest capacity AA's I've found. I've seen other brands with 2700 milliamp hours, but they are much more expensive. I've always had a very good experience with lenmar products; don't let the fact they are not a big brand name put you off. This is their area of expertise. The little case that comes with it is a nice added feature. It designed to securely hold either 4 AA's or 4AAA's.

Battery Test

(3 out of 5) by Bryan Cha on Jun 3, 2009 (Ellicott City, MD)
My son's school science project this year was to test a set of rechargeable batteries. He conducted two tests on Duracell, Sony, Energizer and Lenmar: 1. Long term storage test where the batteries were fully charged and stored for two weeks before measuring the voltage. 2. Capacity test where randomly selected two batteries were fully charged and put on a regular flashlight until a complete discharge happened. The first test was inconclusive. He repeated the capacity test mutiple times and the clear winner was the Energizer NH15BP-4 and the Duracell came in second. BTW, the manufacture's claim on the overall capacity was not even close to the measured capacity. This battery should have outlasted other batteries by at least 15 - 30%. Instead, it came in third on the average.
I would have give it a four star rating if it was not for its 2700 mAH claim. For the money, it was pretty good.

Rechargeable battery

(4 out of 5) by Pauls on Sep 16, 2009 (Rhinebeck,NY)
I am using these batteries in a digital camera, and have been very pleased with the performance. I have been using these batteries for several months, they seem to maintain their charge very well. Recently shot 100+ pictures at a wedding and vacation and the batteries still have a useful charge level.

These hold no charge

(1 out of 5) by Christopher T. Gorab on Aug 12, 2009 (Jersey)
I do almost ALL of my shopping here on Amazon. The UPS guy is actually at my house at least once a week. That said, I don't think I've ever written a review here. This will be the first and it's not a good one. That should tell you how strongly I feel about this. These batteries are awful. They do not hold their charge at all. I use them in the remotes for my TV's, and I've had to charge them several times in 2 weeks. A regular battery off the racks lasts well over a year (probably longer), and yet I have had to charge these several times already. Complete waste of money for the time and electricity these use. I'd rather stock up on regular batteries.

Excellent for the Price

Everything arrived as presented. I think it is a great product for the price, I have had no problems yet.
