I use it for the fish eye when I photograph funny faces my kids make....that's all I have found use for it, but it makes them laugh and for 35 bucks it's all worth it!

For the price you pay for a wide angle lens, or fish eye lens - it's a decent price. If you break it, you don't feel as bad since it doesn't cost so much. The limitation is a black ring circle (from the lens) on a rectagular or square format (the photograph). Don't really have issues with the quality of the photograph. Overall, you can't really beat the price.

My vendor was great and very helpful but the lense itself is in fact a filter that gives the fisheye effect. On my 58mm there is a black ring around the inside edge of the fisheye effect. It isn't terrible but not quite what I wanted. But like you always hear "you get what you paid for" so it isn't a huge disappointment. It is a fun thing to have but don't think that it will give you professional quality. Hope this helps.

I had some extra money bought this and was surprised. It's not a horrible lens but of course it doesn't have the same quality as the more expensive ones. Bottom line. If you have some extra cash and are just wanting to learn how to use the fish-eye lens buy it, but if you know what your doing go for the more expensive one.

This is a great lens for and out of this world shot. You''ll amaze your clients with this one. The only thing I wasnt happy about was the macro piece on this lens. You don't get as much detail as you want but the two pieces together gives you an outstanding photo
