Perfect Knife Set

First of all, the electric knife is wonderful and the block both neatly and stylishly stores and recharges it. However, these redesigned knives are just great. They are sharp, sharp, sharp; the blades are more sturdy than the original Ginsus; and the handles are more comfortable than both the original, steel, and bakelite versions.
The scissors make a real nice addition to the basic set. They cut through everything from chives to chicken bones.
