i use this product in my office and it works just fine. the seller was pleasant to deal with always updating us on the progress of our order.

DOA upon arrival

Unit was dead on arrival. Called Epson priority service, they informed me that unit showed "a really bad error code," and would need to be replaced. Am awaiting a new unit from Epson's Indianapolis, IN shipping facility . . . but it won't arrive in time for an upcoming class presentation to be given tomorrow.
