(5 out of 5) by Sprout on Jul 31, 2008 (Port Townsend, WA)I bought this kit mostly for the CO2 blower...the "canned air" stuff they sell at the stores contains other stuff that can leave residues, so for sensitive electronics like a digital camera sensor, pure CO2 is what you really want. I went ahead and bought the kit with the swabs because I suspected I might need them, but the CO2 blower was so effective the swabs aren't even necessary right now.
That said, I have used swabs in the past, and these ones seem particularly well suited for cleaning your sensor easily and quickly without having to wrestle with pecpad sheets being rubberbanded to a spatula-like stick. I'm glad I have these swabs on hand.
