This item replaced a RAM chip that had worn out on my Dell Dimension 2350. It seems to be an exact replacement, and I have had no problems with its performance. I was also very impressed with Crucial's service. Very fast FREE shipping, which I found a very refreshing surprise when I compare Crucial to other online vendors. Top marks for this vendor. +++
