I originally owed an Aiwa system, but after a few years, I began having problems with CDs "skipping." No matter how many times I cleaned the system, the problem came back.
I know Panasonic is a good product and the system looked like just want I wanted. I have a very limited area where I can place such a system and a shelf system for me was a must have and this one fit the bill.
The sound is really superior to my Aiwa. It comes with a subwoofer and the setup instructions are very simple. Very easy to change CDs and play random selections. With my old Aiwa, I had to pull out the instruction book each time. I am not a gadget head, but it took me only a few minutes to get the system up and playing.
The only change I would like to see is on the speakers themselves - the interior color is a burnt orange. I wasn't too crazy about that, but it is not really noticeable where I have them. Other than that, I would not change a thing. Would definitely buy another Panasonic. In fact, I have quite a few other Panasonic products around the house.
Super Panasonic system
I have owned this system for about two years and I have to say this is just about the best sound quality I have ever heard from a stereo, the cd/mp3 player is great. I still play cassette tapes so the cassette feature is an added bonus to me over all I give this product five stars because it's that good. So if you see this product and have the money buy it I don't believe you will be dissappointed. However I do believe this stereo has been discontinued.
