This amplifier is not working properly

I live in Venezuela, I bought the amplifier this week in amazon, at first sounds good, then make a noise when remote control bass is connected, The solution was remove the remote control bass, then the amplifiers shut down sometimes when i drive my car with a mid level volume. This amplifier does not work :-(, I had a 800w lanzar vibe four years ago and worked perfectly.
