Replacement revives system
(5 out of 5) by Renee on Aug 1, 2007 (New Jersey)I have owned an x10 set for remote lamp operation for many years. Recently, the plug-in base was damaged and I ordered a new one from Home Automation. Delivery was quick. I am now controlling lights from anywhere in my home. Highly recommended.

Loud, Don't always work

X10 is known to not work in everyroom with every plug. You might find it doesn't work for plug far away from switch. Loud click noise during switch is not too classy.
