....not great, but not terrible either.
I bought this set to go with my new S3 IS. I have not yet had a chance to really use the lenses, or filters.
But in playing with the lenses, they do seem to work. The telephoto did add range to my zoom. Albite with a lot of purple fringing, but I was working with some very hard lighting conditions, and no tripod.
The wide angle does just that, but with a little fish eye distortion when indoors.
The tripods in this kit are pretty good, strong but light. And have all the adjustments I can think of. As well, the travel tripod has a detachable head, which is really nice!
I have not yet used the filters, so no review there.
The camera bag is great! It is a "Samsonte" and holds everything in this kit, but the travel tripod. As well as my Canon S3 IS, an extra lens adapter plus hood. My old Canon A95. Extra memory chips and three sets of batteries!
The screen protector works great and I have enough sheets left over for about 4 to 6 more cameras.
The lens cleaning kit works well.
And finely one last note; do not screw the metal lens(from this kit)into the plastic Canon lens adaptor. I made that mistake and had to put the whole bit in the fridge till the metal shrunk enough to get the threads apart!
In the end I see that had I waited but a month, I could have got my camera, plus all the things in this kit for about $100 cheaper than I paid for the two apart. But if you need a few lens to learn on, a tripod to play with and need a good camera bag. This is a good deal.
But I have learned, lenses are something that you get what you pay for. So if you are more of a photog than a very new amateur; buy the more expensive lenses, tripod and filters alone.

very good kit
Wonder full kit
The polarize filter is perfect its give you the real color
And the FLD filters give real color under the fluorescent light ( you can install the polarize filter and the FLD filter in the same time
Ultra violet filter - I try it two times but no changes on original image
the wide angel lens also use less but you can unscrew the first lens and use the other part of the wide-angle as micro lens its magnify everything ( for Macro Mode)
tele lens its good but the picture is out of focus you should set it manually ( or maybe I did some mistake)
Very good Samsonite Case
And small Tripod for tables and grounds
The big tripod also good quality
You can put all filters, lenses, lens converter and small tripod in the same case

Good optics and bag kit
Opteka HD lenses and filters are pretty good. UV filter doesn't do much to the image using my Canon S3 IS, although the polarizer filter works much better, with visible results compared to a regular non-filtered image. Haven't tried the FL-D filter yet. Both the lenses are well made and are wonderful additions to the camera. Table-top tripod is good for travel and fit into the bag, but the larger tripod is very cheap in craftsmanship. Although it is light, it is poorly made. Both the bad and tripod shown in the picture of the product do not match what I got, although the bag looks nicer in the picture, the one I received is very well made. It could be a bit bigger, although I can fit everything except the large tripod in it, but it is all a tight fit. For all it's worth, I think it's a good deal, mostly for the bag and optics.

It's okay for the amateur
The product is what it is...not to great on quality, but it does what it does. The lenses are poorly designed and don't give a true image for what they were designed for. Basically it's all generic stuff bundled together and works as a starter for someone just getting into digital photography. If you're a seasoned veteran, getting a new camera..SLR or something, have been using a digital camera for a little while and are familiar with quality, printing and etc...don't buy it. I have several cameras and figured...it popped up on Amazon when I was buying my S3 so why the hell not. Horrible-horrible. I own a S3IS Canon (nice camera but damn slow on recharging the flash), Canon Rebel XT and a Canon G3o!

good
You get what you pay for, the wide angle works great, but for me, the tele lens needs an improvement in the lens quality because pictures at full zoom are blurred and it is almost the same to take a picture without it and magnify it thru software. I haven't used the macro lens.
