Good PDA, poor phone

As a PDA, this iMate has all the latest trappings (except GPS) and is certainly a step up from the models available a few years ago. I also tried using it as a phone but gave up: it's just too large, too impractical, and the sound quality is very poor when the screen is flipped. So, while I'll be using this new toy every day as an organiser, my old phone is here to stay.
