I purchased this item,it worked great for 4 months. I did a lot of research and finally got the information on where to have it repaired. It had to be mailed to Brunswick, which by the way cost$10 for postage The problem was my digits would disappear while walking. I was told it was my batteries, but that was not the problem. I was then sent the return information after contacting them again, saying no the batteries are not the issue. I finally sent it in to get fixed. The item was received by Brunswick May 16, 2007 and it has not been repaired or replaced yet. I contact them monthly only to get told that I should rest assured that they are waiting for parts and new units and as soon as my unit IS READY and is shipped they will let me know. The people in customer service are very friendly and prompt in replies. However the delay with Brunswick with this item repair/ replacement is terrible.
