awesome cd player with nice capabilities. I especially like the fact you can hook an mp3 player up to it (why use cd's?). The cassete player is really nice to have, I have many good cassetes with boston and led zepplin on em'. sound quality is nice, when you pump out the sound nothin gets distorted.

I've had this stereo long enough to find out the performance is top notch. I don't believe in buying this component and that component and another component and hoping for powerful system. That's nuts and too expensive. Stereo systems can be good in one area and then stink in another. The ease of performing all the functions has caught my attention first. This has "friendly" buttons on the component and the remote may look intimading but it's not. The next is the provided 3 speakers. There is absolutely no reason to get replacements. I love deep base and this has satisfied that..and some. I've checkout out the other modes and noone should complain over the quality. I couldn't figure out the middle speaker but now I know why it says not to put it on a shelf. I see it "dancing" to the music when I turn on high base and increase the volume. How neat! I live in quiet housing (mostly seniors) and have to be careful in the volume...it really kicks out the sounds! The only problem I've had is where to put it so my visitors go "Oh cool!". (I've heard that already) No doubt that I recommend this to anyone. An awesome deal!!
