So not worth it

(1 out of 5) by Katie on Oct 19, 2009 (USA)
This was a gift. It was a new thing at the time and a huge waste of someone's money, I am sure. First of all, when the ink runs out, good luck finding a replacement cartridge at all (let alone at a reasonable price for the amount of pictures you get.) It's a pain to print. The way the paper feeds through is weird and sometime I have problems or smudges. You can buy prints online for 15 cents a picture by uploading them to one of the many gallery/print sites. They will be delivered to your door or a nearby by store for next to nothing in a few days. A product like this is unnecessary and a waste of money.

No good here either...

I received this as a gift, I hate to think what was spent for it. The photo paper will not feed through the printer. I have never been able to use it...
Kodak said they will try to fix it but they want to charge my credit card $100 just to look at it and I am must pay shipping and handling both ways.

Piece of Junk!

(1 out of 5) by Carrie Stoller on Oct 19, 2008 (Hillsboro, OR, USA)
I've owned this printer for three years; it was a wedding present from my brother-in-law. Honestly, I'd much rather pay to have my photos printed professionally. The picture quality is alright, but definitely subpar compared to prints you'd get at the store.

What's even more upsetting is how poorly the printer "works". It constantly gives me a message to turn it off for 10 seconds and then restart it. It has a terrible time feeding the paper; I've tried different paper levels, but it just never catches the paper on it's own. It takes several tries to print one picture and just isn't worth the hassle. I can't even use it to transfer pictures onto my computer; that's how poorly it operates. I give up!

Proud Ower for 2 years!! (And still going)

My husband bought this for me for Christmas 2005 and I am STILL using it!! This thing is a trooper! I have not had one single problem with it - ever.
I use my SD card as well as sending pics via bluetooth from my phone. The bluetooth is a SUPER COOL feature!! I LOVE to just beam my pics to the printer. I have also downloaded various pics from the internet onto my SD card and made prints that way.
I have noticed that the newer model (the 600, I believe) no longer has the screen... that's too bad. The screen was the main reason why I wanted this in the first place.

The only drawback: Since its the older (BETTER) model, I am having problems finding paper and ink for it now. I just buy a BUNCH when I find it!
