Convenient and affordable

The speakerset is very convenient to carry around but don't expect big sound out of the package. I bought it because the speakers on my laptop don't seem to work.
Pros:
- Kinamx product can be powered by the USB
- Compact and easy to carry around
- Sound is fine in the midrange.
- Construction seems sturdy
- Very inexpensive

Cons:
- Included wire for connecting is very short. It is good enough for a mp3 player but needs maneuvering for a laptop
- Performance with some bass is mediocre. The speaker start vibrating a bit. I would have preferred to reduce the bass tones via a filter rather than attempting to play them badly
- Need to buy a power adapter to be able to play mp3 player

you get what you pay for

I guess they're ok for the price. The audio quality is tolerable, but not really good.

Broken speakers

I bought these speakers because I already had some just like it and they worked fine. However, when these speakers arrived, the speakers were not glued to the plastic casing and shook around inside making it impossible for them to work properly. I was quite disappointed.

Foldable mini-audio system

Only one of the two speakers works, but since I only use it for listening to audiobooks it's okay. Very handy item if you don't feel like using earbuds.

For the Money ...

I only give it 5 stars because what you pay for it is so dirt cheap, yet it works fine. The sound isn't spectacular (a little tinny), but again I am rating it on it's price and that it meets expectations. And it is very small.

If you are looking for a high-end model, look elsewhere. If you want a backup, this ones great.
