Just what the Doctor orderd

I bought this amp a little over three years ago. I'd never heard an Audiobahn amp before but liked the 6 channel idea. Running a pair of 6.5's, 6x9's, and a 10" dvc sub, this thing never worked hard. Amaizing amp! Unfortunately, it was stolen a while back along with my sub and cabinet. I threw the car out as it was grossly damadged/vandalized in the process, so I haven't thought much about audio since, that is until now. I figured I'd get another Audiobahn amp to run a pair of 6.5's and another 10" sub in my work truck. I bought the A6004V and basically wired it the same way I had wired my car, less the 6x9's of course. This is where my appreciation for the A6601T went up yet another notch. You see, I learned that most amps don't like running in different ohmages at the same time. I was told that running 4ohms to the fronts and 2ohms to the sub was the reason my new amp caught fire... Never seemed to be a problem with the 6601 though. I think I'm going to get another one. Sure, I'll have two unused channels, but for the price it's cheap peace of mind.
