Amazing picture quality

(5 out of 5) by Bruce Robinson on Jun 23, 2006 (Gardner, CO USA)
I've owned this set for six months now, and I'm still amazed by how good the picture is every time I turn it on. I live in a rural area with no local TV reception, so my viewing is limited to satellite (DirecTV) and DVD. I haven't sprung for HD satellite, but even SD shows look great on this set. DVD's are simply stunning. The pedestal seems to play a significant role in the quality of this set's picture, even compared to other Samsung DLP sets, as it allows the light engine to be repositioned lower. It has the added advantage of eliminating the need to purchase a separate stand.
Highly recommended.

Beautiful TV

(5 out of 5) by Warpspeed on Jun 7, 2006 (MA)

This TV has an incredible picture, and is very unique. Regular programming looks good, but High-Def programming will blow your mind. DLP is the best technology, especially for sports. With a home theatre and a game broadcast in HD, you will feel like you have the best seats in the house.

You won't be disappointed if you buy this.

Love the TV looking for a storage cabinet for it! Help!

(5 out of 5) by Lynn King on Mar 28, 2009 (Minden, NV)
I have this TV, love it,but am having a hard time finding a cabinet to fit around it, or beside it for media storage, I have my DVD, etc, in another area, so the only issue is it's up against a blank wall and I would love to get ideas on where to buy cabinetry for it or around it, thanks so much!

F***ING sweet!

(5 out of 5) by R. Neff on Mar 27, 2006 (NJ, United States)
I ordered this tv based on a recommendation from a know-it-all friend of mine and fortunately she was right. The picture is amazing in HD and definitely serviceable in normal view. DVDs look succulent with my progressive scan player too. Since mostly all I watch is DVDs and sports, the tv is perfect.
