(4 out of 5) by Rancher on Apr 5, 2009 (Texas)This product appears to deliver as advertised so far. It apparently is easy to operate because a 5-year old can insert a CD and select the tracks she wants. Quality is fine for kids. Very portable and compact. Will have to wait to see how durable.
Too good to be true

Bee on Mar 3, 2009Great looking product at a fantastic price... but, sound quality is just 'ok', and, when in 'CD' mode, it has an annoying hum if nothing is playing or if the volume is low. Also - my 19 month old son was able to snap the antenna off in a matter of seconds... you get what you pay for! I am extremely disappointed & will not be buying another Coby anytime soon!

The clarity of the sound at medium to high volume is responsible for burning off at least an extra 100 calories! I was pleasantly surprised by the easy to carry weight and size. It is about the size of a small water melon. The radio plays fine. It came with a separate cord.
