Poor support from HP

Support from HP on problems has been very poor. Good printer for low use but would not recommend for high volume printing.

wide format printing

I have not done my mass mailing yet, and again, what I have printed so far is of excellent quality. Very easy to set up. For the cost conscious this is a good introduction to the wide format experience.
