Horrible
I use these to burn DVD movies (uhh...legally, of course) regardless, out of the 100 that i burned, every single 1 of them is having some issue or another being played back. has nothing to do with burning method (tried burning using different media, and it worked perfectly), nor does it have to do with the drives its being played in (i have tried 6 different dvd players that i have.
This media is garbage. you get what you pay for. my next batch is going to be verbatim. im staying away from memorex from now on.

memorex review
It's time to buy DVD blanks again,so I'm here on this page.
I had bought over 575 DVD blanks for the past 1 and half years since I was in Florida.
My first 175 DVD blanks was from memorex, very dissapointed, almost 20% (1 out of 5, or 2 out of 7)are defect products.
Everything becomes beautiful since I turned to TDK, no issues.
Between Memorex and TDK, I tried HQ (generic DVD blanks) also, surprisingly, these generic DVD blank products without a product logo on the surface performs quite well too. I ordered them from cdrdvdrmedia.com.
Well, generally speaking, it's a bad time to buy DVD blanks anywhere, because I used to get 100-pack TDK DVD+R for 25.99$(notice that 25.99 just passed the 25 dollar mark for free shipping for products sold by amazon, so you pay 26 dollars free and clear for 100-pack high quality TDK), now you can't get that deal anymore, I searched around, TDK all become 32 dollars for free shipping, thats essentially 22 dollar retail price plus shpping, lol. Anyway, I searched around, found this cheapest product on amazon.com, 100-pack memorex DVD+R, but yeah, the point here is that memorex sucks.
I guess I'll wait and see what happens next.

Buy only if you want coasters!
These discs are horrible. We've tried them in 2 different brand burners. Approximately 25 out of 50 have become coasters.

IT ONLY BURNS @ 8X AS A TOP ...NOT @ 16X!!!
I'M USING A LITE-ON DVD BURNER SINCE A LOT OF MONTHS AGO AND HAVEN'T HAD NO TROUBLE W/+R 16X DVDs FROM OTHER FACTORIES UNTIL NOW. I SUGGEST TO BUY MEMOREX @ 8X, THOSE ARE MORE STABLE AND YOU JUST SPEND A COUPLE (2 OR 3) MINUTES MORE WHEN BURNING YOUR DATA ON THEM... HOWEVER THIS DOESN'T MEAN THAT MEMOREX ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH. ACTUALLY, THESE DISCS WORKS AT 8X QUITE NORMALLY, BESIDES, IF YOUR DVD BURNER IS FROM A FURTHER FACTORY IT MAY BE POSSIBLE TO BURN AT 16X INDEED... SO, NO HESITATION IS NEEDED IF THERE'S A SOLUTION SECURED IN EVERY ANGLE.... THEY WORKS AND THAT'S IT!!!

Buyer Beware
I have burned Maxell, Verbatim, TDK and Memorex DVD+-R's and Verbatim DVD+R DL's. The only brand that has made my burner malfunction in addition to resulting in wasted time and media has been Memorex. My system is a 18 months old, a fairly powerful Windows XP Dell desktop, with a very good Sony burner.
