Radio has nothing but static

(1 out of 5) by Mala on Jan 8, 2008 (Ohio)
Received this boombox for Christmas 2007. The cd player works fine but the radio does not pick up ANY stations that are clear. There is nothing but static. Had to return it to the store. Don't buy this boombox. Search for another brand. Sony brand is not what it use to be.

The Sony "boom-box" is just what I wanted. I am using it with a class of kindergarten students.
tdhe price was rightr.

Howeeve, with the shipping & handling, it was equal to the same item I could find at a retail outlet. However, I could not find such an item when I did shop.

So I am very pleased with this stereo boom box. (It was used, but only barely used.)

poor sound quality

Has a button for mega bass. No sound difference. Would return except through the carton away while moving. Has very poor sound quality.

great services

(5 out of 5) by Ada L. Leung on Jun 22, 2008 (Los Angeles, CA, USA)
The merchandise arrived quickly in excellent condition. However I needed to return it for another reason. The return process was simple and pleasant and the customer service was great. I would definitely purchase from this vendor again.
