I bought two of these cards because the website for my laptop recommended that I add memory before trying to upgrade the CPU for performance improvement. It did improve performance and my laptop starts up faster and I can have more windows open at the same time. This was a great suggestion. It leaves me wondering how much more memory I will need later.

This memory chip was competitively priced, well-documented, easy to install, and (thus far) fully reliable. Wish my own memory worked this well... Moreoever, it accomplished the reason I bought it in the first place. That was to accelerate a bargain-priced but slow laptop to reasonable speeds.

This has given me a lot more space to store stuff on my computer, but has not given me any more speed. I added memory with intent to add speed and that just didn't happen. I should have investigated a litle more to find the correct memory. Very easy to install!!
