First rate picture
(5 out of 5) by charlie anderson on Oct 9, 2005 (Maine)I use this monitor mostly as just a Pc monitor and am going to subscribe to cable TV for the first time in my life because it would be a waste not to watch TV with the picture quality this monitor produces.
The might be backwards reasoning to some people (get monitor then cable)but I wouldn't bother paying the extra for cable unless the delivery vehice the montor-in this case-wasn't caple of good delivery and this monitor is. It's terific. The speakers are adequate only but with my flakey reasoning-I'd get really good seperate speakers had that been what I was after. Buy it-you'll like it.

Sony -- THE BEST

What an open invitation that was to dive into my favorite brand: Sony. They are truly worth any extra you would expect to spend. This TV However, is an EXTREME value. You get a monitor and a TV - all in one. Today, It showed up on the porch and the shipping box was badly damaged, but AMAZON packed enough air bags in there to save your 300 pound mother in law from a fatal head-on. The factory box was pristine. Eewww, well, you know -- I just HAD to check it to see if it was damaged. Hmm, let me just plug it in. Yep, works perfectly and WOW, look at this--it works with my PC! I didn't know that!...and hey look "The Man Show" marathon is on -- GREAT! The picture is astounding. Yep, I sure like MY new TV. Now if I can find a "Smallish" "Inexpesnive" one? This one is all MINE....Signed, one Happy Scrooge. (Buy this, you won't be sorry at all.)

Great Product!!

Only Magnificient!

It is not connected to the cable or satellite as other sets are but receives its signal of stations 40 miles away from an off-air antenna in the attic. The picture is absolutely incredible in color and detail. I couldn't be more pleased--it has by far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone who is super-particular about the pic-ture quality of their TV. With its added monitor capabilities and limitless bells & whistles it's a no-brainer to settle for anything less. LHN (Oakie from Muskogee)
