(1 out of 5) by L. Lau on Apr 29, 2009Originally found the unit to have great sound. But the lack of a dial and very small buttons made it difficult to operate while driving. No custom EQ setting was annoying. I had intermittent problems getting CDs to eject. But now a CD is stuck inside. From reading several forums, it appears that this problem is not uncommon for JVC car audio products.

I got this deck because I knew it would fit the car and I could use the same wiring harness. It took literally 2 minutes to install and when we sold our car a year later, it was one of the selling points (no,really).
Great output from a base deck without need for an extra amplifier.
EQ easy to set and easy to read display,too.
