horrible product and company

Gillan on Feb 21, 2009This product did not work properly out of the box, so I sent it to their service center twice, and every time I received the exact same product I originally bought and it still did not work. Never buy anything from this company because I have read very similar reviews everywhere for all of their products.

Update: February 3, 2009. I loved this little thing, used it in my home, not in my car. I was very careful with it. It died last night.

"Which formats may I play on Axion AXN6079 7-Inch Twin Monitor Portable DVD System?"
First email answer:"This unit will play most formats." Signed by Reginald K. Johnson.
Asked again:"Will you be so kind to tell me exactly which formats does it play? There are more than 30 video formats...
Textual Answer:"All excerpt VCD's." Signed by Reginald K. Johnson
Third email: Are u sure you want to work in customer service? I'm planning not to buy the equipment due to your help.
2 weeks and still no answer...

Fits our needs for a traveling toddler!

The price was right and we have had zero issues with this DVD player. It has a headphone jack which is great on the plane. The picture and sound are very good. I would definitely recommend this economical option.
