Although this unit does what it says, it is way too much money, as is my monthly subscription to XM.

The device does exactly what it says it does. It's very convenient because it allows me to take the receiver out of my car and plug it into my system in my house. Setup was very easy. You have to make sure to get a good location for the antenna, though, otherwise the stations may cut in and out due to interference. Also, the connection for the RCA cables is rather loose on the dock, so you have to make sure that the cable is actually plugged in or you will not get any sound. Otherwise a good product and recommended.

The Home Adapter kit was easy to set up and works well. I could not find this adapter at any store because the SkyFi 2 is no longer being produced. Amazon had it and for a good price.

I thought it would work with my xm ready stereo. It doesn't. Not happy.
