It gets only 4 stars since I have had to exchange Belkin USB hubs under their lifetime warranty after a year or so, and I am concerned that this item
will remain problem free.

The only downside is that Apple's move away from Firewire products has limited the hub's usefulness. But I have any good things to say about this product.
