great product
(5 out of 5) by MC on Nov 1, 2007It works as it should right out of the package. I got an external G-Drive HD, old firewire iPod, and video cam connected to it, and everything is connected to the iMac. Everything works fine.

broke after about 2 years

Works fine

Even run my video a/d converter through it, and works fine. Like many reviewers, I remember the days when FW routers would screw up devices, but this has worked very well. I'm a happy camper

Exactly what I wanted and for a nice price too!

I can't imagine why anyone would buy a firewire hub that was more expensive than this, unless it was a Superman one like my USB hub! But this one looks modern and fits in with my stylish decor. Highly recommended!
It's a Keeper
