Just Didn't work

Plugged my hard drive in, the light comes on.... and nothing. It just didn't work and wasn't worth paying for shipping to send back. Oh well.

Excellent Product

Great product It was very easy to use and provided terrific return on its low cost. Just popped out the laptop harddrive and now I have an external drive and can recapture all the files from the malfunctioning laptop. I liked it so much I think I will just keep it as a very portable external drive.

Wasn't the one I needed

They did a good job of sending it in time as well as giving me a refund when I had to send it back. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a refund for the shipping, but the new one I ordered off of newegg came free of shipping, so that wasn't so bad. If it were the right kind I'm sure it would have worked pretty well

Did not work

I received this enclosure, and tried it on 3 different pcs. None worked. I can't get it to format the drive in the device management. Truly not plug and play.
