(5 out of 5) by montana karen on Oct 17, 2009 (billings, montana)
i bought this to travel with my little boy on long airflights. i use it everywhere...flights, long drives, in his room, while cutting his hair, anywhere that i might need a distraction for him or anywhere we feel like. handy gadget.

DVD player for car

(3 out of 5) by Elizabeth L. Arseneau on Apr 30, 2009 (Michigan)
This portable DVD player is adequate for long rides, but a bit inconvenient with all the straps that hook onto the seat. I'd prefer some rigid hook-type attachments that allow the player to be hung over the seat quickly.

my wife loves it

(5 out of 5) by Daniel G. Visger on Jun 17, 2007 (Hesperia, Michigan United States)
I bought this as a gift, and my wife loves it. Nice picture, good sound, and no problems so far. (She is pretty hard to please, and I hope she doesn't read this)

The player is good, but . . .

(3 out of 5) by Marilyn Dalrymple on May 22, 2007 (Lancaster, CA United States)
I now need a new battery for this player and I've found it near impossible to find a battery and when I did find one, it cost $80.00 plus shipping. That's a disappointment.

DVD On the Road

Can't get a break from the constant talking and laughing and questions of a reunion or get-together? Grab the 8" Portable LCD DVD Player with Car Kit and go out to the park. You're greeted with the quiet and soft sounds of the park. And, the only think to interupt this peacefulness? The sound of "Hang Em High" without any interuptions. Ah-hh what a way to spend Sunday afternoons.
