Most Helpful First | Newest First | + ShareWarning: Incompatible with Windows 7
Works great on XP and Vista, but is imcompatible with Windows 7. Microsoft does not produce the fingerprint reader any longer and will not create a driver for Windows7, either.
In other words: if you are planning to upgrade to Windows 7 this becomes a paper weight.

Good product, not so useful on a network
I like the design and function of this device, however, read the fine print before purchasing it. When used on a network, it will not sign in for you. It will save website logins and such, but you still have to log into the computer itself with Ctrl+Alt+Delete and a password.

No-Go Vista and Windows 7(RC) 64 bit
This device does not and will never work with 64 bit versions of Windows Vista and Windows 7 (tested with 7 RC).
Microsoft clearly says on their web site it does not and will never function on their 64 bit versions of Windows.
Searching deeper you will find that they offer a refund on your purchase whether full or partial is questionable.
The device does work on their 32 bit versions of Windows.

Works well
Does what it says. Setup is easy and works pretty well. No complaints!

Great for 32-Bit Systems - Will NOT Work with 64-Bit Systems or Windows 7
This is a very great product if you are operating a 32-Bit system. What happens is that the software asks you to register your finger[s] by placing your finger on the scanner. After your finger is registered, you can use your finger to login to multiple sites (there are some sites that it will not work with, such as secure sites). If you need to clean it, you put a piece of tape on the scanner and pull it off. This takes off any smudged fingerprints. Overall, it's a great product, but it won't work with 64-Bit operating systems or Windows 7.
