I got this 15 foot USB cable to allow me to position a Netgear WG111 wireless adapter further away from a non-wired computer to improve the signal strength to a router in another part of the house. Combined with Netgear's 6 foot USB cable (supplied with the adapter), the total length is 21 feet. This exceeds the recommended maximum USB cable length, but it works fine for this adapter. For me, it was the least expensive solution for improving wireless connectivity.

The PS3 seems to have problems with wireless controllers - they freeze up at times. These cables extend the PS3 USB cables to a length where they can be used comfortably, and eliminate those problems completely. While I expect Sony to solve the problems eventually, these make an excellent temporary solution, and will be usable elsewhere later.

This is such a great deal for this much cable. I use two of these hooked together with a hub at the end for a mouse and keyboard. Then I run it from my office to my living room so I can use the internet on my tv. Its a lot cheaper than buying a laptop!

Wanted to move my printer to a better location and didn't want to buy an expensive new printer with wireless features. I bought this instead and was able to move my printer in a more productive location. Which happens to be about 15 ft. away from my PC. Great cable at a decent price.
