These worked perfectly for extending my keyboard and mouse 10 extra feet. They were cheap, showed up quickly, and worked perfectly. If you need a usb extension, order them.

The standard iMac keyboard has a cord length of less than three feet. That's too short for my needs so I went looking for a USB extension cable. I checked some of my local stores, but all I could find was a six foot cable for $30 at Best Buy. That sounded like a ripoff so I decided to check here and found this 10 foot cable for about $5 including shipping. The price definitely got my attention, but then I wondered if it would work. I decided it was worth $5 to find out. I ordered one through Amazon and received it within four days. I plugged it into my iMac and Apple Keyboard, and what do you know? It works great! I'm very satisfied, and I now have plenty of cord length.

(Additional note: I decided to test the extension cable with my iPod, Mighty Mouse, SanDisk flash drives, and Canon digital camera. Everything works flawlessly.)

It was the cheapest per foot extension cable I could find. I use it to extend the range of my usb speakers. So far so good.

I bought this so I could move a drum controller farther away from the television. I wasn't sure that a USB extension would work, but in this case at least, it did. This cord is used to connect an XBox360 to an ION Drum Rocker kit. No problems!
