I RECENTLY BOUGHT THIS PAIR OF BINOCULARS AFTER RESEARCHING ON THE WEB AND HANDS ON TESTING AT STORES. I CHECKED THE NIKON MONARCHS,CANONS,AND SEVERAL OTHERS. I NEVER FOUND MINOLTAS IN ANY OF THE STORES. I TOOK A CHANCE ON THEM BASED ON REVIEWS I READ ON THE WEB AND THE PRICE COMPARED TO SIMILAR PAIRS.WHAT I FOUND IS THAT THIS PAIR OFFERS MORE FOR LESS MONEY. I VIEWED A COLLECTION OF MUMS AT ONLY 7-8 FEET, THE CLARITY WAS GREAT.AT 100-200 FEET IS WAS ALSO VERY GOOD.THE FEEL OF THE MINOLTAS WAS GREAT WITH THICK RUBBER COATING.THE CAPS SEEM HIGH QUALITY. THEY SEEM AS GOOD AS ANY IVE COMPARED,AND AT LESS THAN 10 FEET THEY ARE THE BEST. I HOPE THIS HELPS.

I just received these binoculars two days ago. They are well built and are crisp and clear. I spent some time at Cabelas looking at various models in several price ranges. The Activas are comparable in features to binoculars costing two to three times more money. Minoltas used to be made in Japan and this model is made in China.
Time will tell if these hold up like some of the more expensive European optics. Minolta does have a good warranty if you go to their website. Overall great deal for the money.

It is so easy to use and the quality is great. Love it first time trial. It is amazing clear to see and very user friendly. It includes the case and strap.... You won't be disappointed. I bought a telescope and binocular from other website and I returned them the next day. This is definitely the one to keep and will enjoy it for a long time. The eyes level is adjustable to suit your eyes. Bought $94.99 shipped!
