This phone's been on my desk for three years so I figured, hey, why not review it? The buttons--including several programmable ones--are nice and clearly labeled. The speakerphone is better than most.
My one criticism--and it's a big one--is that it is lacking a mini-jack for a headset (while 2.5mm is the standard for phone headsets, the slightly larger 3.5mm size is the standard for music headphones). If you're at your desk taking conference calls, you're going to have a strained neck cradling this phone for an hour at a time. You could probably find a headset and adapter for the handset phone jack...but why would you, when mini-jack headsets are so much more plentiful and cross-compatible with cell phones?
