Exactly what I needed...

Hooking it into my wired router...I can lay in bed with my Eee...surf the web...watch video on You Tube & chat with friends. On the other hand...if I had a wireless router...wouldn't have need this cable.

perfectly fine cable, is indeed snag resistance

In fact, the quality doesn't seem in line with the bargain price. There are pieces of rubber on either side of the plastic tab on the RJ-45 jack. This indeed makes in snagless. In one situation, I yanked the cable out of (through) a tangle of cables. The tab didn't break.
