I bought the LapLogic T550 in teal / metallic gold, and I have to say I *love* the colors! The pictures don't do the product justice!
I use my laptop at work, and I spend most of the day in meetings. Within 30 minutes, my laptop is too hot to hold on my legs, and for a while I was carrying around books just to prop my laptop on. I started searching for a lap desk and found LapLogic on Google, and after investigating, had to try it out. I picked the T550 LapPad (flexible lap desk) because I wanted to be able to fold it for easy carrying between meetings.
Frankly, I wasn't sure if it would work as well as advertised, but if anything it works better! I can literally go all day without feeling any heat at all, which I could never do before! The no-slip surfaces are great - for the first time I can sit with my laptop at an angle so my hands don't hurt and not have to worry about it sliding off my lap! They also work great when carrying my laptop - I just wrap the T550 around my laptop and carry it in one hand.
Now I own one, I don't know how I survived without it. No other word for it - EXCELLENT product!
