However, the manual is very difficult to read/understand (even the one on-line)
Even the power wires connections are not mentioned in the manual.
I figured it out by reading other JVC manuals to figure out which one is switched
power and which one is permanent power.
So far, it's working perfectly. I bought this changer after having terrible
experience with those wireless FM transmitter.

great cd changer

Worked well for me.
(5 out of 5) by Ranger 1 on Mar 16, 2007 (Houston, Texas)I hooked this CHX1500 changer in with my JVC AVX1 car receiver and it worked flawlessly. Even though it's the smallest 12 CD changer on the market, it's still relatively big. In dash installation is out of the question and even under seat mounting may be tough. The only gripe I have about JVC CD changers (at least the ones I'm familiar with) is that they don't read the artist/title info from the media. You have to enter it yourself. Bummer.

narrow scope

Oreilly on Aug 4, 2006 (Hillsdale, NJ United States)the product was returned because it fit only a few of the manufatures products to be exact 3. i have reordered a different product same manufacture but 70 dollars more that will work with other products universally. The information was minamal and if I had not brought the more expensive one I could not have returned the one I originaly purchased.
