Excellent Purchase

Aug 21, 2005 - By Thomas L. Cameron (California)

I searched major retailers and the internet and I did not find a system with better features and price. I only wish they had a model with a comtemporary design. This is an excellent value.

I have always liked teac products, over the years. This unit sports a 3 speed turtable.A good 3 disc cd changer, and am-fm radio.the sound is good.and well engineered. This unit makes a nice gift,or use for your self. The teac is easy to use and its sure nice to look at too.highly recommmended 5 star rating.

Not the only model

May 18, 2006 - By Jamie (Charlotte, NC)

This model is great for those who like vintage, but for those who like a more contemporary look should check out the DC-D6300 model. It's just as great and sounds as good!!

Excellent value

Aug 1, 2007 - By Michael A. Martin

I had been looking to update a stereo that I had had since before my parents passed away, but it was extremely difficult to find anything with a turntable on it. I realize that those born during the last twenty years may not know or remember about vinyl LPs, but I have a modest collection of records, mostly Reader's Digest multi album sets, which I enjoy listening to, and this stereo with a turntable, radio, double tape deck, and 3-CD changer is able to play everything I have, and the sound quality is wonderful. I highly recommend this stereo to anyone.

Okay

Beautiful wood finish. I do not like the preset equalizer. Sound was more muffled than clear. Power outages will knock out your selected radio stations. Because I experience an outage, however brief, during most storms, I have given up presetting the radio stations.
