Other reviewer found this product to be cheap looking but never owned it. I did, and liked fact that it was compact and portable, and was happy with it for many years. However, multiple power outages during day drained CR2032 batteries, and it has worn out now. Not outstanding acoustics and I always kept the instructions handy to reset time when power went out since they weren't intuitive by any means. But product worked just fine, and went with me on many out-of-town trips with no problem whatsoever. Always a pleasure to be able to listen to my CDs on the road.

I got this really great item for next to nothing considering it was a Sharper Image product. It works beautifully and arrived in super condition. I will definitely keep a look out for other bargains like this baby. There are so many features on this it is crazy!!

This portable stereo is the worst from sharper image. First, it's not like a sharper image product at all. It looks like a Timex piece of junk.And the nature sounds are a joke. the sounds are like the sounds from a homedics machine. The speakers are also not practical. It's hard to use, also. I saw it in the outlet store, and I had alot of trouble figuring out how to work this this piece of junk. Why do they even sell this product? Don't buy this product, get their new one instead. You will be getting more sounds, better quality and speakers, and a better look, with more nature sounds, and a list to the nature sounds, like a Burger King menu!
