sponge bob CD player

(5 out of 5) by P. Hardin on Mar 16, 2005 (Dayton, Ohio)I like the CD Player and especially when you open the cover it still plays the CD that you have in there. Also if you take the CD out while it's still playing it will play from 30-60 seconds more of the same track.

The child can make it as loud as he or she wants which could present longterm hearing issues. I used tape to set volume on what I thought a permissable volume for my 5 year old.
Other than that - he loves it!

A Big Bummer

What a disappointment to open it only to realize that it will not play unless the cover is held firmly closed with both hands the entire time. Needless to say, my 5-year-old does not have the patience to do this. A real hassle to now have to return it and hope that the replacement works a little bit better.

Stoppped working

Lofton on Jun 9, 2006 (buffalo ny)I purchase 3 units and all three stopped working within the first 3 months of purchase target refused to exchange or return and referred me to the manufacter for a replacement. I call to complain and the manufacter said they would send a replacement for 20.00 plus shipping and handling.. Dont buy not worth the money
