Nice for the plane trips/car backseat trips or just about anywhere where you might want to share your MP3s with your companion. I checked and it works well with Zune, Sansa, iPod and a portable DVD player.
The small size makes it very handy to store along with your headphones. Belkin cable are usually trouble free and reliable, and this little cable is pretty sturdy with gold colored contacts. The quality of sound after splitting is pretty decent.
