Too hard

Horrible program!

I've spent 2 days trying to just enlarge a snap shot to an 8x10 size ( which I was able to do with my eyes closed with the Adobe photo shop home edition 3.0). But when I got a new printer and Windows XP, I couldn't use the old program. I hate this thing!! Shame on you for making it so user unfriendly. I'll try to get my money back,
