Nice restored PDA with excellent communication and follow-up support from seller. My only disappointment is that the battery isn't as robust as I had hoped...but it is more than adquate for a discontinued device.

This vendor is very dependable. I had several questions about the product. The vendor was pro-active, he responded promptly to my emails and was willing to give me good options on other products of interest. The product was is very good condition and in its original packaging. I would return to this vendor in the future for other tech items.

Had a PalmOne Tungsten E for years that finally died when the battery died after usage...battery is in a location that is hard to charge. Easier I thought to buy a new PalmOne Tungsten E but couldn't find a new one...Amazon.com had a refurbished PalmOne Tungsten E available through a third party and I ordered it for $150 and was more than satisfied in the refurbished product provided as well as the follow up from the third party who sold it. Great device for my needs which is addresses, dates, calendar, activities, memos...and I use it to back up my Blackberry....and use both in sync with my computers.

Ed's response is great! I purchased a used PalmOne Tungsten E in July. It stopped working on August. However, Ed has replaced one for me immediately after I emailed him. It works great without any issue now. I like it. Thanks for the excellent service!

I purchased the Palm One Tungsten E new from a secondary carrier and when I received the item I was unable to get the devise to hold a charge. I contacted Palm and they said it was out of warrenty and would not cover repairs without a charge. I contacted the seller and they agreed to have it returned. It took many emails to get it returned. I am now waiting for the seller to credit my credit card. I would not recommend buying this product.
